Done it, although I missed the exhaust valves. Just look at the manual and follow directions. Pretty easy if I was able to do it. Hardly needed any adjustment on the intake. While you are at it, might want to change your fuel filter, if not done already.
No tips, just follow the instructions, and don't forget the exhaust ones, back by where the spark plug is.

Remember, . . . left/loosey,righty/tighty and don't let JB, Lari, RyRy, Viking, Jax, Joe, Billy, ButJammer, JT, or anyone else on this forum touch your Whino---- Oops I'm meant Rzr! Damnit, ........Rhino!!!!!!!

Make sure to use the appropiate Pop Sickle stick to check for clearance

Tighten all nuts to 124 in lbs. Back em off and then re-torque em to 310 ft lbs or (untill studs break off)

Then fill the wind shield wiper fluid bottle with 75/90w heavy duty gear oil to help reduce friction of wiper blade.

Check muffler bearing for wear. Replace if needed.

Check blinker fluid. Flush and refill with factory recomended automatic transmission fluid if needed.

Check exhaust note for proper "Pop". If raspy, re-tourque valves (intake and exhaust untill you hear a CLINK when depressing the throttle) If a throaty sound is heard, re-tourque valves (intake and exhaust untill you hear a TINK when depressing the throttle)

Good Luck
