Our budget just took a hefty hit, so we're cuttin back for this month.... Not sure what's up for this weekend, but we'll at least drive up to say hi. At least it's a short drive and cheap fees, so we are still hoping...

Looks like our next full weekend trip may be in mid to later August...

It's way too uncomfortable in the hot mountains, besides all our stuff just got cleaned up from pismo, probably just nap all weekend long in the dark here....

Just got back clean and 81 when I left. Work tamally and then back to campin.

Looks like Lisa and I will be rolling in with lawn chairs tonight for a visit. We'll hang out for the evenig then roll on back down the hill

Home safe and sound, trailer unpacked, showered, and kinda ready for a busy work week next week.

Thanks to Lisa for sharing her Birthday weekend with us.
Thanks to Suze for the best peach cobbler in the universe.
Thanks to Robert and Miller for the chocolate chip cookies.
Thanks to Jesse for making it down and sitting with me by the fire while we waited for the night rider maniacs to come home

Words of advice from Friday Night:

Lisa always warns you if she's bluffing in poker by saying "I'm bluffing-----I have a pair of aces"

Tequila causes "TEENAGERS" to hop in their Rhino and whoop and holler through Kamp at 2 am.

I shouldn't be allowed to play BS--because after a couple of Suze~Ritas I think everyone is lying and end up with the whole deck.

I'll have some pics downloaded and posted later this week

Thanks for the GOOD times, I had a wonderful weekend. Good seeing everyone and missed seeing the few the didn't show, catch you on the next one.
Was a little HOT on Thursday but we survived with a little help from

. The rain storm on Friday was pretty cool too. But man did the bugs come out to play after that.

We learned a few lessons, Bobby pins aren't made for holding landing gear together and when climbing BIG BIG HILLS, you should really use 4 wheel drive

Well............ we got sidetracked doing family stuff, but it's prolly a good thing... The ol' Ford decided to act up and now won't start... It's off at the truck doctor and hopefully it's minor. Sounds like a fuel or elec issue...
